Known in the industry as "Grade A Refurbished" products, these are 'As New' condition.
These are fully tested and fully functional.
Supplied in generic brown box packaging, not the original manufacturer packaging.
Refurbished PC Hardware is fully data wiped.

These Laptops are in very good condition, they work perfectly, and have a 12 month guarantee included. They come with power supplies, they're fully data wiped and they're not in their original packaging. Expect a few signs of cosmetic wear and the odd scratch.
Known in the industry as "Grade B Refurbished" products may have missing or use non-original parts (eg. screw covers, rubber feet).
“Very good" laptops may be cosmetically challenged, with more noticeable flaws and cosmetic wear, including scratches, chips or other forms of cosmetic damage, which do not affect the performance of the unit.

Yes – with Currys you can trade-in or recycle your old technology. Either way, we will responsibly find the best home for it (avoiding landfill), whilst our experts wipe all data. Faulty items
If your item is faulty, we’re happy to offer you an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since purchase or delivery, we may be able to repair your faulty item, provided it is still within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from purchase).
Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Changed your mind?
If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. It must be returned as new and where possible, in its original packaging.
