With over 24 years of service, I have successfully progressed through all areas of our retail business. My focus has always been to make sure that excellent customer service is given to all our customers, and this is embedded into the team’s ethos. I have spent over a decade gaining detailed knowledge specifically around business to business. Whether it being a single item, multiple bulk orders, or switching utilities and installing EV points, we are well positioned to assist.

Rachel Crossland – Account Executive

I have worked with Currys Business for a total of 3 years. Prior to this, I worked within the Customer Services department for the domestic arm of Currys for 8 years. I believe in offering every customer the very best level of service and that this helps build long-lasting working relationships.

I have worked for Currys for 13 years. I started off as a Christmas temp on the cash desk, before moving into a permanent role in sales. I have worked in the business role for 5 years. I always strive to offer the best level of service to my customers and pride myself on my customer base.
