BACS payments typically take 3 business days from the point of transfer to clear into the recipient's account. If you're unable to locate your reward in your account within this timeframe, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. They'll be more than happy to investigate the matter for you.

Rewards are paid via BACS transfer within 21 working days upon the approval of your trade-in goods by our recycler. Once the transfer is completed, you'll receive an email notification. Please note that BACS payments generally take about 3 business days to clear into your account from the transfer date.

The reward that you receive will depend on:

1. the device that you are purchasing and
2. how many devices you are trading in.

The value of the reward is dependent on the processor in your purchased device as listed in the table below.

To check the age of trade-in devices please select the appropriate operating system below and follow the instructions.

Windows Devices

• Type System Information in the search bar in the bottom left corner and click 'Open App'
• The System Information panel will display your BIOS date

Mac Devices

• Click on the Apple Menu and select About this Mac
• The age of your device will display in the Overview tab

All rewards are paid by BACS transfer, to process your reward, we require the following information:

• Name on account: this should be the name of the school, trust or local authority that is listed on your establishment's bank account

Once your claim is approved, you will receive a link to the secure bank site where you should input the sort code and account number of the school account. To verify the details, a nominal payment of £1 will be sent. You must confirm receipt of this nominal value to validate your details. Once validated, the full reward will be transferred to you.
