Product information
Return to the classic 2002 survival horror shooter in The Thing: Remastered. You play as Captain J.F Blake, the commanding officer of a U.S. Special Forces rescue team. You've been tasked with investigating the mysterious deaths of a team of scientists at a research facility in Antarctica. In this barren wasteland, you encounter a shape-shifting alien that mimics those it kills. Trapped and infected, you must rely on your team to survive and complete your mission. Will you make it out alive?
You'll have to work your way through 20 gruelling levels where you'll face terrifying monsters from scuttling head-spiders to multi-tentacled beasts. Choose from an epic arsenal of weapons, including machine guns, explosives and flamethrowers to defeat your foes. New dynamic lighting and improved models and textures bring the environment to life before your eyes. This Deluxe edition includes a steelbook case, poster, sew-on patches and more.
