The SCX-4623FN offers fax to PC capability, so received fax data is delivered straight to your PC via local connection or the office network. Similarly, a PC application converts document files to image files and allows you to send these via the printer using a local connection or network. This means you can send and receive faxes at your PC, and all fax information is stored and managed at your desk. So whether you're sending or receiving fax transmissions, you can handle messages electronically, without the need for hard copies. As well as working more efficiently, you also save on paper and toner costs.
