Lifetime maps

The latest maps are always available to download and can easily be added to your sat nav before you embark on a long trip. The nüvi 2699 comes pre-installed with full, detailed maps of all of Europe - ideal if you have family or enjoy driving holidays abroad.
Lifetime Digital Traffic
Digital Traffic is a handy feature that gives you live updates on congestion, road works, accidents, road closures and more. In the event of a delay, you can choose to take an automatic reroute, with alerts spoken and displayed alongside the main navigation screen to help you stay focussed on the road ahead.
Stay safe
Your phone easily connects to the sat nav using Bluetooth. This lets you use it hands-free, complete with voice-activated calling and answering. Garmin's Cyclops Speed Camera system is already installed when you first turn on and features a comprehensive database of speed cameras and school zones.
You only receive alerts to cameras relating to your direction of travel, so no longer have to worry about which side of the road the camera is pointing to.
