Automatic and manual modes
The Smart Scoop features both automatic and manual modes, allowing you to create desserts exactly the way you like them. Automatic settings and preset functions churn and freeze the ingredients to the selected consistency, offering you a choice of sorbet, gelato, frozen yoghurt or ice cream.
For a greater level of control, manual mode allows you to adjust the time to suit particular recipes.
Stays cool and locks to prevent disturbances during the cycle
You can pre-cool the Smart Scoop while you prepare the dessert base, lowering the temperature of the machine to between -10° and 30° in approximately five to ten minutes. Once you have achieved the ideal results, the machine will keep cool to prevent the mixture from melting.
A child lock helps to keep your family safe, stopping the cycle from being disturbed to ensure that your dessert comes out exactly as you expect.
Add mix ins to create unique desserts
Create unique desserts with the Smart Scoop by adding mix ins such as chocolate chips, fresh fruit and flavours. The machine will prompt you to add the mixs in at the correct time to achieve the best results.
