With this 250-watt Cuisinart CH4BCU Elite Mini Food Processor,you choose to chop or grind. Use the chopping function for garlic onions spices and herbs. The grind setting is excellent for chocolate, nuts, peppercorns or coffee beans for that fresh morning cuppa. There is also a small hole in the top lid where you can drizzle oil through when making salad dressings or hummus.
Fashionable in silver with a solid die-cast base, this compact Cuisinart CH4BCU Elite Mini Food Processor has a dual blade that is sharp on one side for chopping and puréeing plus blunt on the other for grinding. This blade features the new Cuisinart BladeLock technology and locks into the base, so there is no need to be concerned about it falling out when pouring.
