There's intelligent dosing that adds just the right amount of coffee, and it can calculate and adjust dosing over time, based on the last cup it made – that's pretty clever! The 7° barista twist assisted tamping give this machine a professional feel – it uses 10 kg of pressure to leave a puck surface.
