Adjust the intensity to meet your needs and choose between the 5 training programs. The flexible waist band is adjustable and suitable for circumferences of 75 to 130 cm.
Thanks to the water contact electrodes you won't need to use contact gel or find replacement electrodes. These also make the EM 39 hand-washable, so you can easily clean it after use.
