This Meile induction hob's Stop & Go function lets you safely walk away from it without your pasta sauce boiling over. When you come back, the heating zones return to their previous power levels – handy when you need to answer the front door. With permanent pan recognition, the hob automatically heats up when you place a pan on it so you can start cooking right away. And the Keep Warm function makes sure your meal stays at the perfect temperature when you're dishing up dinner.
