This stylish hob works on a 13 amp power supply making it an easy and efficient home appliance.
Powerful heating
Nearly twice as fast as a gas hob and 30% more efficient, powerful induction technology works by heating the pan rather than the hob. By delivering heat only where it's needed, the IHT613 hob gives you greater control over temperature and the cooking process.
Safety features
The electric induction hob means there are no naked flames to worry about. The IHT613 also features safety functions to help keep you and your family safe in the kitchen.
Residual heat indicators will light up to let you know if the hob is too hot to touch, while auto shutdown switches off the cooking zones automatically if the hob is left unattended for too long.
Pan detection
The IHT613 induction hob is not only faster than a gas hob, it's also more intuitive and intelligent. Its pan detection function automatically reduces the power when a pan is lifted to help save energy.
What's more, it will also tell you if the pan you're using is not suitable for an induction hob by lighting up a symbol on the front panel.
Programmable
Along with a handy minute minder which lets you know when the time is up, you can also set the timers on each cooking zone to turn off simultaneously or at different times. As a result you can multitask and rustle up a variety of delicious dishes without worrying about overcooking.
