Gas on glass
Combine the instant heat of a gas burner with the easy-clean of a glass surface. Just wipe it down when you're done and it'll shine like new.
Vertical flame
Get your pans up to heat faster with vertical flames. This shape of flame is more efficient for getting heat directly onto the base of the pan, so less gas is wasted on heating up the nearby air.
