The 2.4 GHz band can deliver up to 600 Mbps, whilst the 5 GHz band can deliver 1300 Mbps. This means that you can take advantage of the 2.4 GHz band for simple internet tasks such as web browsing and file downloading, whilst the 5 GHz band is ideal for streaming in Full HD or online gaming.
