The USB2HABM3LA 3-foot USB A to Mini USB Cable features one USB A Male connector and one left-angled Mini USB B connector, providing a simple way for connecting your digital camera (Canon, Sony, Hewlett-Packard) to a host computer. This USB A to left angle Mini B cable also delivers a cost-effective way to maximize the file transfer performance of your MP3 player, PDA, or digital camcorder.
The left-angled Mini USB connector allows the computer and the connected USB peripheral to be positioned nearly flush against a wall or other surface, by eliminating the space that would typically be required to accommodate a ''straight'' connection from the cable into the USB port or peripheral device.
As an alternative, StarTech.com also offers a 3ft USB A to Right Angle Mini B Cable (USB2HABM3RA), which provides the same convenience as this left-angled cable but allows you to connect to your USB Mini-B devices from the opposite direction.
