The Fitbit Inspire 2 has plenty of ways to help you track your health. You can monitor your heart rate 24/7 and see your Active Zone minutes when you're exercising.
When it's time to calm down there are guided breathing sessions that help you to find a bit of peace during busy days.
You can also log your food to keep track of eating habits, or get a better understanding of your cycle with female health tracking.
Sleep peacefully with the sleep monitoring - it can tell you all about your sleep stages and sleep scores, and wake you gently with silent alarms.
Fitness
You'll be able to track your fitness with the Inspire 2. It tracks your everyday activity, including steps, distance and calories burned.
When you hit the gym, it can also help you to make sure you're staying in the zone with heart rate zones and cardio fitness level tracking.
This tracker is water resistant too, which means it can join you for a swim too.
There are more than 20 exercise modes, and SmartTrack is there to automatically recognise the exercise you're doing.
