With the Fitbit Flex on your wrist, you will be able to monitor every moment of your day without effort. It records your steps, distance, number of active minutes, and how many calories you've burned so you'll be able to track your fitness on a daily basis. All this is possible thanks to the sensitive MEMS 3-axis accelerometer which accurately record your data.

Each of the lights on the device represents 20% of your daily goal, so you can see your progress at a glance. You can choose between goals for steps, calories or distance.

The battery lasts up to approximately five days, so you can get in plenty of unbroken exercise and monitoring before you need to recharge the device.

The Flex also helps you to monitor your sleep quality. By wearing it at night the Flex can monitor the quality of your sleep, so you can simply check on the app to see how long you slept and how many times you woke during the night.

This activity and sleep monitor can also help to wake you thanks to the internal vibration motor. When you set an alarm using the app, it will wake you with a silent alarm that can leave your partner to snooze in peace.

Sync your Flex to your free Fitbit account to make the most of your activity tracking. The dashboard allows you to track your water consumption, weight and body mass by inputting your daily totals, and you can view graphs and charts of your daily activity, including your sleep. You'll also be able to track your calorie consumption and log your workouts.

Compete with friends using Fitbit, keeping up to date with daily and weekly totals and see how you've fared in the weekly stats email.

You will also earn badges for your daily, weekly and lifetime achievements, and you'll get achievements alerts let you know when you've reached your goal.

Your Fitbit Flex is also compatible with a number of other fitness apps, including My Fitness Pal and Endomondo, so you can combine data for a better view of your overall fitness.

Wireless syncing

It is simple to sync your device thanks to integrated Bluetooth technology. When you use the wireless sync dongle, your Flex will automatically connect to your PC or Mac when you are within 20 feet.
