With a 18.1 megapixel Exmor R CMOS sensor for increased sensitivity and BIONZ X image processor for speedy operation, the Cyber-shot DSC-WX500B delivers brilliantly-lit, detail-rich, realistic photographs with minimum noise.
The Cyber-shot DSC-WX500 features a high quality CARL ZEISS lens with high precision optics for excellent sharpness and contrast. An impressive 30 x optical zoom lets you capture faraway subjects in incredible detail, while a multi-layer anti-reflective coating helps reduce surface ghosting and flare.
Tiltable screen
Allowing for excellent versatility when taking photos, the 180° tiltable LCD Live View monitor lets you perfectly frame images such those taken from a high or low angle. It also makes it incredibly easy to snap the perfect selfie.
Get perfect portraits without the need for touching-up on a PC afterwards. Beauty Effect features five different modes for smoothing skin, adjusting tone, reducing shine, widening eyes and brightening teeth – quickly creating enhanced results that can be shared instantly.
