It builds on its success, offers the same powerful processor and sensor, while also adding a range of functions for improved autofocus and better video, as well as online sharing of your content.
You can now enjoy the new vertical video shooting feature for the best social media content and send your shots to your laptop easily using WiFi or Bluetooth. Vloggers will love the new record button incorporated in the LCD touch screen and the option to stream video directly on YouTube with the new built-in web encoder.
Canon's EOS Webcam Utility software can also turn your EOS M50 Mark II into a webcam, which is especially useful if you rely on video calls at your work. With its 4K video capabilities, no details will be lost in your video feed.
There's also an option to stream the camera's live feed on any monitor, TV or projector using the HDMI output. The Mark II newly offers the option to remove onscreen data, providing clean video stream for various uses.

Packed with technology
The portable Canon EOS M50 Mark II Mirrorless Camera provides high quality photos without the hassle. It's packed full of some of the most powerful technology, including DIGIC 8 processing, a CMOS sensor, and 5-axis image stabilisation.
The APS-C sensor captures photos up to 24.1 megapixels, so you can enjoy images packed with detail. It offers excellent low light performance, which means you can avoid blurry, dark images.
The Mark II comes with an improved autofocus over its predecessor, offering better eye and facial detection even further from the camera. There's also the AI Servo AF, which uses artificial intelligence to lock the focus on moving subjects. It's also available for videos in the Movie Servo AF mode.
You won't miss a thing with 10 fps continuous shooting, making it easy to pick out the best shot with the perfect smile and no closed eyes.
Videos look fantastic too – 4K movies are packed with colour and detail, so you can create impressive-looking videos of your trek to Machu Picchu or the stunning Victoria Falls.
