Record your journeys and travel safely with the RAC 05 Dash Cam.
The 05 Dash Cam records and stores your vehicle's speed and location. By using the built-in GPS, the dash cam alerts you of the distance to speed or safety cameras, as well as the current speed limit and your vehicle's speed. You can review your GPS information later using Google Maps through your PC or Mac.
Recording in Super HD, the dash cam loops every five minutes. By pressing the emergency button, you can ensure that the current sector of recording becomes protected and will not be lost.
With a lane diversion warning system, the camera detects white lines on the road ahead. By doing this, it can alert you if there is an issue ahead to keep you safe while driving.
A built-in microphone can record sounds and conversations, though this can easily be stopped with a one touch button to mute the microphone.
