Like having your own personal trainer, Smart Coaching encourages you to hit your goal, and gives you suggestions to on how to close your rings. You can even share your progress with friends and family, and cheer each other on.

Heart rate monitor

With the Heart Rate app you get a clear picture of your heart health. By measuring your heart rate throughout the day, you can see detailed stats on your resting, walking, and recovery phases. You'll also be notified if your heart rate rises above a set threshold when you've been inactive for 10 minutes.
