The newest Final Fantasy is set in the dark fantasy world of Valisthea. The fate of this world is decided by the Dominants, people who wield and summon the Eikons – powerful, colossal beasts. You play as Clive Rosfield, First Shield of Rosaria. Besides being a distinguished soldier, he takes care of his younger brother Joshua. Who happens to be the Dominant of the Phoenix. And since Dominants are the key to the balance of power between the six nations, protecting him won't be an easy task. Especially with the mysterious Dark Eikon Ifrit now threatening to disrupt the fragile peace between the realms... And that's just the very beginning of this dark, epic story!
