Through Currys Business, you've got two options:

• Trade-in your old laptop and get the value of that device off a future purchase with us.
• Use our limited time only trade-in promotion and get a reward up to £200.

After support for Windows 10 ends, your PC will become much more vulnerable to malware and viruses. To ensure your business remains protected, we recommend upgrading to Windows 11. Not upgrading could result in higher maintenance costs and unnecessary frustration. If your current PC doesn't meet the requirements for Windows 11, consider investing in a new computer that does. Investing in a new Windows 11 computer may help you drive increased productivity with enhanced hardware capabilities and additional AI features.

According to Microsoft, Windows 11 is the most secure version of Windows yet. Its robust end-to-end security systems cover everything from firewall and antivirus to internet protections and more. Plus, you'll receive regular updates to protect you against any future threats.

Please note: for updates, you'll need access to the internet (service fees may apply).

That depends on a few things:

• It's free to upgrade from Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro to the equivalent version of Windows 11. To see if you can upgrade, head to Settings > Privacy and Security > Windows Update.
  Please note: your PC will also need to meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements.


• If you're an S mode user, it's free to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 Pro Edition (in S mode) and Windows 10 Home Edition (in S mode). But, if you're running the Pro Edition, you'll need to switch out of S mode to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro (Windows 11 Pro Edition isn't available in S mode).

If you trade-in with Currys Business, you might be able to get some cash for the residual value of your old laptop or additional reward if you benefit from our limited time only trade-in promotion. Although we handle all our trade-in devices with extreme care and security, you'll need to delete all your sensitive data before you send your laptop to us. If our expert team can then successfully service and reset your device, it may then be sold as a refurbished product, otherwise we may harvest its parts and recycle it responsibly.

We'll give you step by step instructions on how to wipe any data from your device. This needs to be done before you send your laptop to us.

It's nice and easy. If you've got a Windows 10 laptop that's eight years old (or less),it turns on and is not broken, then it's eligible for our trade-in promotion. The first thing you need to do is purchase any laptop over £499 (ex VAT) online at Currys Business, at any in-store Business Hub or via our Call Centre. After that, you have thirty days to fill in the form and send us your old device.

Once you fill in the form, our experts will get in touch with next steps. When your trade-in is complete, our customer service team will contact you and chat about your options on claiming your reward on a future purchase with us.
